Baith Ul Zahra is a children and family services at Southeast Melbourne. 

Baith Ul Zahra is dedicated to fostering the early development and learning of our children through the teachings of Ahlulbayt (AS) while preserving our cultural traditions, language and quality of life. 

Vision:

 To cultivate a strong and compassionate society grounded in the teachings of Ahulbayt, fostering long life learnings and personal growth from the cradle to the grave. Our mission is to empower families as the cornerstone of our programs, working together to nurture healthy positive and strong momen individuals who embody the values of model citizenship.

Our Story

Founded in 2008 by Zahra Jag, an Afghan Hazara Shia refugee, Al Zahra Association was established to create a space for belonging, growth, and settlement for families in Australia. By merging faith with the teachings of the Quran and Ahlulbayt, the organization offers programs in Islamic education, health, sports, and peer support, fostering a faithful and progressive community. Baith Ul Zahra, a registered Organisation in line with the vision and mission of Al Zahra, works together to teach and grow as a community together. Our main venue is registered under Baith Ul Zahra. Al Zahra Association Inc. is our non for profit branch.

Development

Baith Ul Zahra & Al Zahra Association Inc. focuses on empowering individuals and supporting community organizations by providing resources and fostering collaboration. Through inclusive initiatives, we aim to build self-reliance, strengthen future generations, and integrate with diverse cultures, enhancing the community’s overall well-being.
